The orientation will make them aware of the policies for participation in the On-Campus Interviewing Program and provide tips for successful interviewing. The session is available online, on demand, at any time and must be completed BEFORE the first on campus interview.

Communications and Reporting Intern with Bidclerk!

Intern Responsibilities:

·         Maintaining and updating a data base of active sources

·         Internet research to obtain enhanced project details

·         Interviewing industry contracts and reporting on their upcoming construction projects

·         Creating content for a high traffic industry website

Potential Interns:

·         Must have natural curiosity and resourcefulness for obtaining information

·         Excellent interpersonal skills which will allow success at building rapport with industry sources

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written communication skills

Who says you can’t find accounting internships after the quarter has already started? A new opportunity with Morningstar, Inc available today.

Morningstar, Inc provides data on over 300,000 investment offerings and also offers investment management services. The company office is located in the downtown area. They are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented person to become their new Accounting Operations Intern co-op student in their office.

 

Primary job responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the ad operations team to create a monthly e-mail calendar and schedule weekly e-mail campaigns
  • Track and distribute the marketing results
  • Manage a co-registration program that collects client information
  • Generate and send invoices to clients
  • Maintain the invoice filling system

 

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and flexible self-stater who excels at taking the initiative
  • Professional attitude
  •   Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This workshop is ideal for students who are exploring major and career options. Research has shown a strong correlation between incorporating interests into your career planning process and ultimate workplace satisfaction. Participants will take the DePaul Interest Finder (DIF), a tailored survey designed to specifically help DePaul students explore their interests and identify related majors, student organizations, and careers. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn how your time at DePaul can be shaped to match your interests and help you work toward career satisfaction.
